I’m looking to get the 1350t model. My question is, when I put in an address to navigate to, when I’m done it asks me if I want to simulate the route. When i click yes, it shows how to get there.
When I click no, it says gps is off and doesn’t navigate.
Am I able to navigate my route without watching the simulation?
Yes, you can navigate without previewing the route. What you’re looking at in the store is a demo model that can only show a simulated route. When you select "no" on the model you purchase, it will navigate just as it should. The store display model doesn’t have the ability to navigate (or it has been deactivated) and is only there to show its features. The one you buy will be fully functional right out of the box. Just follow the setup directions and start navigating.
